Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture. Two years ago a young talented woman was kicked off the American Idol show, because she posed nude for a website at some point in time in her past. Recently, it has come to the attention of the public that one of the top 9 finalists of this season's American Idol show had been arrested for domestic violence in the past. He told the producers of his past arrest before being on the show and they didn't think it was a reason to kick him off. So what is? What kind of message does that send the public? That posing nude is a greater crime than beating a partner? So a woman has to have a squeaky clean and pristine past in order to participate in the show, but a man can hit his former girlfriend and it's not a big deal? is this really the message we want our children to see? Let's get Scott Savol off of American Idol and show America that violence IS a big deal!
