The Petition of residents of the State of New South Wales
Brings to the attention of the House that the approval of Development Applications DA10/0442 12 McDonald St Cronulla and DA 10/0076 12 Ozone St Cronulla fails to take proper account of Cronulla Beaches National Surfing Reserve.
The undersigned petitioners therefore ask the Legislative Assembly to halt these developments until proper assessment can be made and conditions placed that will ensure full protection of the Cronulla Beaches National Surfing Reserve.
