As a native of Bangalore, a city know for its tolerance among different communities and with a cosmopolitan outlook also hometown of Dr Haneef I am deeply
em brassed by the suffering he is undergoing in your Country.
As a responsible citizen I entirely agree with you that terrorism is an evil which has to be put to an end with strict measures and the terrorist dosn't have a religion and they are nothing but bunch of criminals so also is the politicians who act recklessly by taking decisions that jeopardize world peace and stability for reason best known to them.
I don't know how much evidence you have against the Dr to nail him for his supposedly terrorist act but I am sure that an act such as lending sim card done without any ulterior motive should be assessed in a genuine manner so that an innocent is not tortured.
We always looked upon the western countries and countries like Australia as an example for Human rights and in the above incident
there is a doubt emerging in our mind that you are becoming partial and biased.
If he is guilty please convict him ,go ahead but don't keep him in limbo torturing him mentally to the end of despair by citing one or the other reason which your own country men has not taken well to.
Hope the Hon.Prime Minister will do the needful.
