'Dracula, my love' for Eurovision 2007!

We think it's a great injustice that the 'Dracula, my love' song has been disqualified from the romanian finals for the Eurovision Song Contest which is to take place in Helsinki this year. The stated reason for this is that fragments of the song have been previously sung before October the 1st 2006 - precisely, during the Romanian MTV awards in 2005.
What was sung then is actually only a fragment of a song that was not finalized.
