Drill here on US land!

All Americans are serious about the cost of fuel here in the United States. I've talked to hundreds of Americans and they all say the same thing "Why don't we drill here?". The time is now. The time is now for us to start using our own oil here in the United States and remove our dependence from foreign oil. The combustion engine is one of the most simple inventions ever created and the cost of replacing it for electric cars is far-fetched and most costly than we can ever imagine. There's only a small percentage of people (less than 1\%) that disagrees with pumping oil on our own soil.

God created us with dominion over the animals and plants of this earth. He did not tell us that we could not put small pumping stations in the middle of MILLIONS of acres of uncharted land. For years we've listened to how we'll endanger animals if we did such a thing. We can no longer pump oil in our world's water. We must pump oil on land! We must take away the chances of a disaster like the Gulf Oil spill of 2010. Over 200 oil rigs are currently in our Gulf of Mexico pumping oil but we are one of the only countries not pumping from it. Sign this petition to pump oil on our land here in the United States so we can all afford to drive our cars that Karl Benz wanted us to when he created the first combustion engine car in 1885.

I'm creating this petition with the goal of 1,000,000 signatures. I'm creating this petition with the courage and belief that God will bring 1,000,000 people here to sign this petition. After we have reached this goal it will be sent to Mr. Boehner, the Speaker of the House of Representatives. I believe with his tender heart, as is mine, we will take these signatures and move forward as our country needs him and all other representatives to do something about this crisis.

No longer will we sit back and hear from people in our government that we will continue to pay the prices we pay to fuel our vehicles. Please do what your country needs of you at this time and sign this petition. I will do what I need to do as a Christian American and send this petition to our House of Representatives.
