Would it hurt you that much to increase the upload speed a tiny bit? Whereas download limits have increased from 5 to 10, and now 15 Mbit/s, the upload rate is still under 1Mbit/s... For many, it would be better to have an "extreme" package with a download speed of 10Mbit/s and upload of 2Mbit/s.
