EOL Final Cut Server

Dear Steve Jobs,

For several years companies and users alike from around the world have spent countless hours, in the millions no doubt, developing and implementing work flows for and around Final Cut Server. On June 21, 2011 Apple Computer Inc, without any warning, ended the product life leaving the entire FCS world in turmoil. Apple's sudden abandonment of Final Cut Server left users worldwide with no chance of any future support nor any hope of continuing to develop it. You recently stated that "We are just trying to do what is right for our users". My question to you now is, with these recent actions, what part of discontinuing this product is specifically right for the user? I find it ironic that a man such as yourself that has so much vision, has allowed Apple to become so blind towards its enterprise customers.

We the undersigned request either the return to market via the Apple On-line Store of Final Cut Server or the sale of the product and all its rights to another company so that your once loyal customers can continue to purchase, use and develop this much loved product.
