I think that the City of Erie should have a curfew from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and weekends. It will exclude holidays because most people party on the holidays. Everyone under the age of 18 will be included and if they are out past this time they will need a parent or legal guardian present.
