EVDO Coverage in Rockford

Hello, I've been with Verizon Wireless in the Rockford area for over three years now and have yet to see the city introduced to EVDO coverage. If you don't know what that is, it's a much stronger signal for bandwidth purposes. Long story short, you'll surf the internet, receive MMS', have less dropped calls (if you experience any), and many other great improvements. Think this won't affect you? Sign the petition and hopefully, you'll see the differences that EVDO can offer. If you have a smartphone, such as the Q or a Blackberry, you'll be able to connect your phone to your computer to access the internet at broadband speeds (similar to DSL or a Cable modem) for just $15/month, significantly cheaper than any broadband in the area.

Markets such as Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison have been converted to this coverage, with good reason. It reaches millions of people in those markets. However, Rockton and Roscoe even have this new technology, yet Rockford is still unexposed. Please, sign the petition. I think that even though Rockford isn't as big as Chicago or Milwaukee, we still don't deserve to be left in the 20th century.
