Evict Philip John Thrush from 8 Bowling Green

All tenants residing at 8 Bowling Green, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3BH hereby declare a petition to evict Philip John Thrush from his tenancy at the above address. All tenants agree that occupying the same accomodation with this person is no longer acceptable as we are unable to live under these conditions. The accomodation is a shared dwelling and therefore all those living within have to make certain sacrafices in order to ensure comfortable living for all housemates. All housemates except for Mr Thrush discuss any complaints or issues with eachother so as to maintain the 'status quo' as it were, as we all understand the need to resolve any issues between ourselves. This also serves to reduce the amount of work that The Liberty Corporation have to process with this accomodation. Unfortunately when Mr Thrush has an issue with a housemate, rather than resolve the issue within the household as per the above, Mr Thrush will then refrain from approaching the individual to resolve the issue and complain directly to The Liberty Corporation. This then creates unrest within the household and also extra work for the agency. There is a history with ex-housemates who have lived above Mr Thrush experiencing these problems frequently. Seperate testimony accounting for this will be provided. Housemates feel it is in the best interest of the household to evict Mr Thrush from his dwelling with a view to replacing his tenancy with a more suitable housemate.

We, the undersigned, call on The Liberty Corporation to serve an eviction notice to a Mr Phillip John Thrush from 8 Bowling Green, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3BH with immediate effect
