Exam Results Party

Dear Sir / Madam,

As you will know your son/daughter receives their GCSE results on Thursday 25th August 2005 at 11am. This is a very important stage in their life and should be rewarded appropriately whatever the outcome may be.

Several weeks ago it was agreed amongst our friendship group that a good way to celebrate after the exam results had been received would to be have a small party and sleepover. Due to factors out of our control we have been unable to organise a suitable venue for this event.

After several hours of persuasion we have still yet to find a venue for this and we are now beginning to worry that we will not be able to celebrate all of our hard work, effort and time put into this.

This is where you can make a difference and make several young adults with outstanding dedication towards school work as shown by their results happy! We require a venue on the evening of Thursday 25th August 2005 until the morning of Friday 26th August 2005.

We would be quiet, courteous and sensible throughout the evening. To ensure that we would not cause any disruption to normal daily life we would remain outside at all times except for use of the lavatory and drinking water. We have fully equipped tents that are ample in size for all young adults to rest and sleep in.

We would be ever so grateful if you could help us in this matter.
