Fan Made Video

Recently, there's been an increasing rate of Fan Made Videos being deleted from video servers like YouTube, Veoh, Google Videos, etc.
Under the arguments of Copyright Infringement and even Inapropriate Content, they're taking away our own made videos, which were made to show our own criativity and interests.
We believe we're not doing anything that might harm someone and thats not really our intention. Were just trying to have fun making those videos and showing them to the world. We also believe we're helping the companies, while we give them free publicity with our videos. They might work like a preview to a show or a game: a person sees a fan-made video about something, gets interested and watches the show or buys the game.
Its worth to mention that we DONT make any profit with our videos in any circumstances. Theyre only for personal use.
All we want is to the Companies and Enterprises which have rights over the shows (like Animes or TV series) and the games we use in our videos let us actually use them, without the risk of seeing them deleted.
In exchange, well give all the rights to them without claiming any as our own and saying that we dont have any relation to the Companies, well put credits to its rightful owners and well let them use our videos for free publicity and to show interaction with the fans, if they think the videos are good enough.
