B Hill is a stubborn, poor man's imitation of Napoleon. It is his way or no way at all. He will pound in his principles be they right or wrong until everyone submits. He still is ineffective in dealing with people......a weakness that he said was improved, and, has not.
That attitude is ok if you can back it up......but he certainly can not. And has not in 2 previous stints as a head coach.
Every good manager knows that there are 10 different ways to tell 10 different people to do the same thing. That's the diffrence between a "people person" and a Napoleanic tyrant. B Hill is what he is, and that never lasts very long.
Ask Napoleon.
