This is a petition for the update for Firestorm gbaZ (created by Crimsonfire)which includes the Game Boy Advance Emulator. The origional update was clearly posted by Kyle (head of Crimsonfire) to be released at or around E3 (May 14 - 17). It has been nearly a month after that date. Anyone who has bought Firestorm for the reason of owning a GBA emulator, and is not content with Crimsonfire's progress, please sign this petition.
Crimsonfire has already been allegedly reported to the Better Business Beurau, and has recived two cease and decist letters by Nintendo, BUT they have stated many time's over that Nintendo's patent does not apply to Firestorm ( as I have read through this patent, not to mention countless others, I believe this is true .)
Therefore, this petition is to advise Crimsonfire to either:
a ) release the GBA portion as promised
OR
b ) cease from advertising their product as a GBA emulator, and offer refunds to those who have purchased / preordered it, to those who want it.
This is Crimsonfire's last chance of avoiding a major downfall.

This is unacceptable what this company is doing. They distrubute RPG Maker 2000 and GBA roms like they own them.
