We are starting this petition to have the city of Knoxville, Tennessee build a year around skate park for kids. We have had a tragic death of a 13 year old boy, due in part to the fact that there arent any places for them to skate board safely, and unfortunately the road outside this childs home didnt prove to be safe enough. As a concerned parent of a young boy whom loves to skate all I can ask is that this "SPORT" receive the same consideration as others. So if you would please sign and forward as many emails as possible then maybe the next time we wont be so unfortunate.

I agree. I am always almost getting hit by cars on my roads. It is a sad thing when someone dies doing something they love to. and it is also sad when someone tries to stop someone from doing something they love to so. they need this skate park we have on
