Officer Riviera performed in a unprofessional and criminal matter by;
Threats - "Ill smack you upside the head" and "Someone is going to kill you"
Insults - "Are you from the county or something"
Assault - By grabbing and dragging the teen to the ground. Then pushing the teen further to the ground.
Using bad language - "Damn right I calling your mother"
