Free Panzer Dragoon Saga

The year was 1998. The Sega Saturn's presence in the United States had dwindled in the United States. While sales in Japan were strong, Sega had decided to kill off the Saturn for the North American market. Before the system's demise Sega saw fit to release Panzer Dragoon Saga for english speaking RPG fans. The game itself was highly acclaimed upon release and is history remembered as one of the greatest RPGs of all time. While the game was widely praised Sega released very few units and Panzer Dragoon Saga quickely vanished.

Today copies can be found on eBay for upwards to 200 dollars. Demand for the game is high.

GameQuestDirect has recently taken upon themselves to re release several out of print games. Their most popular release has been Guitar Hero for the PS2 and GameQuestDirect practically ushered in a new and larger cult following for the system.

While GameQuestDirect has not said anything official, information that they have given me leads me to believe that if enough attention is generated then Panzer Dragoon Saga could also be repressed and the game can be enjoyed by a new generation.

This petition is designed to accumulate signatures of fans, or those interested, who would be willing to purchase the game if it is re released and to give GameQuestDirect a sense of security if they ever do consider the game for the market.

Panzer Dragoon Saga's absence in history is criminal and we, as videogame fans, owe it to ourselves to experience this game again.
