Free Ricky Parker

The federal courts has labeled this man a threat to the community. They say he shouldn't be granted the retroactive crack law sentence reduction. Mr. Parker has children, family, and friends that need him. We all know how wrong it is to have people that kill and rape people back in the streets doing the same thing within a couple of years. Whereas a man trying to provide for his family serve life in prison for "conspiring to sell drugs". We, his family, are asking that you please sign this petition so that he can come home to be with his children rather than rotting in a federal prison for nearly 20 years.
