This is a petition for all the people on NeoPets that got frozen but don't know why.
My statement: That every frozen account should be justified.
Neopets claims that we are supposed to know why we were frozen. But I've seen it to many times that people either are frozen wile innocent or frozen without knowing why.
Not every frozen account is a scammer or cheater. Some actually are just ordinary players that get frozen for no reason.
If you ever lost an account like that, you know what I mean.
I'm not demanding any accounts back. I am asking to know WHY the accounts were frozen.
