Fulton Ranch Entryway Monument Petition

In the Fulton Ranch eMail Bulletin distributed to Fulton Ranch homeowners at 1:32 p.m. on April 11, 2011, it states the following:

"There was a question at the Annual Meeting about entryway monument signs for Parcel 5 and Parcel 7. Fulton Homes will not be installing these types of signs for these Parcels, or any other Parcels. Existing monument signs will be the only signs in the Community."

This petition expresses the extreme discontent of Fulton Ranch homeowners at this news and requests that Fulton Homes officially reconsider the decision not to place entryway monuments at the entrances to these other Parcels. Fulton Ranch is a large community with many sub-communities. When looking to buy a home within Fulton Ranch and seeing that the nearly finished sub-communities of the Gallery and Aegean Cove have entryway monuments, it is reasonable to assume that such aesthetic themes will be uniformly reflected throughout the community. Many of us made these assumptions in buying our homes here. We, as homeowners, have certain uniformity standards to follow for our own properties, and we now make the request that Fulton Ranch do the same in the aesthetic design of this community, namely by installing entryway monuments for the Parcels that do not currently possess them.
