Funding for Beaches across Santa Monica

This petition is directed at the city council of Santa Monica. There is an increasingly growing threat of water pollution throughout Southern California, mostly attributable towards lack of funding. We the people request more sewage plants, more efficient cleansing systems, along with increased awareness sponsored by the city.
