Gang Rape India - she's died

This is a petition aimed at the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.  This young woman has now died as a result of a gang rape on a bus in Delhi.  It appears the bus driver was complicit as well as two police officers who have so far been charged.  Please show the heartless authorities that you care.
