Glenwood Improvement

As tenants of Glenwood Village in the City Of Lloydminster, AB; we feel that our demands should be met. There are many problems in our apartment complex, like many others; but one that simply can not be ignored is the parking lot! We have pot holes that 'swallow' cars and since snow-fall, two have already been stuck! The entrance on 36 street is one that is hard to comprehend. Our cars are damaged, and our patience is tested every time we must enter the parking lot! We want the parking lot paved; and we want the snow taken care of on a regular basis. Should the property manager(s) not meet our demands a Group Grievance will be filed with the Government Of Alberta, Housing Standards Association. Grounds for this Grievance are obvious as many standards are not met as set out by the Housing Standards Branch (of the Government).
