Government's Same-Sex Marriage (obvious contradiction-in-terms) Regarding the Government's proposed "same-sex marriage", its 'justification' and 'legislation' is grand-deception with wordplay on "marriage" and "marry", criminally-refusing to define marriage, deliberately-confusingly running with at-least six concurrent, quasi-definitions (none of which the actual-definition!) and aggressive branding as despicable bigots/homophobes of anyone entirely-reasonably advising of the Scottish-legal definition of marriage (indisputably the formal union of a man and a woman, by which they become husband and wife) together with the fact that everyone allowed-to-marry (including homosexuals). Basically, some homosexuals choose not-to-marry but lyingly claim want-to-marry and complain that not-allowed-to-marry. The Government's pandering to them in apparent authoritarian-demonstration of how much FM Salmond can take Scots for fools. I, Philip Mitchell, 4.4.13-lodged criminal-complaint against the Government's grand-deception, misappropriation-of-legislation (moreover incompetent and further-deception) and mass-breach-of-the-peace. Police Scotland has authoritarianly dismissed my complaint and not only refused to establish the definition of (Scottish-legal) marriage but corruptly asserted that irrelevant because Government is changing it; with the true-reason for Police Scotland's refusal to necessarily-establish the definition of marriage, being its complicit-realisation that the Government's grand-deception relies upon non-disclosure of definition because it's corruptly, concurrently running with several, to the exclusion of actual-definition, in asserting that homosexuals are discriminated-against by not being allowed-to-marry (respectively in breach of Articles 14 and 12 of the Human Rights Act 1998); but only upon the Government's fabricated-definition of marriage as being the formal union of two persons of any-sex who love each other.
