Green Grass

We, the homeowners and residents of Avalon Park, hereby request that the Community Developers notify and take into consideration the homeowner's and resident's concerns and suggestions regarding any changes to the Avalon Park Community; especially those that may affect the original community development plans as presented to individuals who purchased properties based on those plans.
We, the homeowners and residents of Avalon Park request that those who are directly impacted by changes to the original plans be notified in writing regarding any changes and that those changes should be submitted for a community vote. Currently, designated "Green Areas" have been turned into "Recreational Parks without notification. We, the undersigned, therefore request the immediate removal of the Frisbee Golf Course on Tanja King Blvd. and Guianna Plum. It was placed there without consideration for those most directly effected; (the homeowners around these Grass Areas who paid a premium to live there and were told that nothing would ever be put in them), but also effecting anyone who enjoys utilizing the areas as originally designed (i.e. to play ball with your child, have a picnic with your family, play tag across an open field, fly a kite etc). Furthermore we ask that no common grass area be converted to any "Recreational Park" in the future.
