Guitar Hero III Wii Recall Petition

We, the users of Guitar Hero III, are shocked an appalled by Activision's lack of response to reports that the game has been distributed without a stereo soundtrack for the Wii console.
Evidence of this can clearly be seen with the comparison of these two images:

It is disgusting to think that a game series that is designed around, and known for the in-game sounds, and the soundtrack, would be lacking in full stereo playback. The Wii is capable of Dolby Prologic II which sounds pretty good. GHIII on the Wii seems as though it is not able to output stereo sound at the very least.
Whereas most, if not all, games on the Wii support stereo, or even surround sound, we would like to see a COMPLETE RECALL of all Guitar Hero III Wii disks, as a response to this problem. This recall may be avoided if a patch can be released over the online content distribution system of the Wii to fix the problem, if stereo files were somehow included in the game, without being output to the speakers in stereo. If said files were distributed on the disks in mono format, then there is no other choice than to do a full recall on every disk.
At this time, there still appears to be no response from Activision towards this problem, other than saying that they "are looking in to right now." We at least deserve an official response and plan of action from Activision. As it stands, they seem to be ignoring the problem
