Gurgaon-Delhi Toll: Stop Harassment to 2.5 lac commuters (daily)

32 lane toll plaza (Delhi-Gurgaon) is a place where more than 2 lac office Goers, Residents, Business Men / women face daily harassment. Facts: 1) It takes around 60-90 minutes to cross the toll (either side) 2) During Office hours (8:30 AM- 10:30 AM) & (6 PM-8 PM), almost 2-3 lanes converge to a single lane after playing various zig zag games, (Because there is no proper demarcation of the lanes and there are no security guards, who will guide people and avoid huge traffic) 3) NH-8 is a victim of 2-3 KM long Jam (both sides) Both times, in the morning & Evening 4) Because of U-turn, on the gurgaon side, there is a huge jam as soon as people come out of Toll. There is a recent directive by Haryana High Court to create 5 extra Toll gates on either side of the Toll Plaza. My Question to the esteemed Judges is have they ever crossed Toll during office hours? If no, then please go through the pain , which we go through on daily basis. Because increasing the toll gate is not a solution. The problem is not only toll gates, but also the bottles necks (created by Exit Points) Suddenly 6 Lanes converge to 2 lanes (Near Ambience Mall & IFFCO Chowk). Proposed Solutions 1) Shift Toll from its current location to somewhere out of the Gurgaon City 2) Stop the toll (Why is there a need to charge people who earn not only for themselves but for the state/ country's economy) 3) Shift Parliament to Udyog Vihar (Let Policy makers go through a daily Trauma) I really request NHAI, Haryana Govt, Delhi Govt, to please work at least one time in your lives to help Common Man who is working day in day out to survive in this world.
