Halo 3 development time alottment

I belive that the video game "Halo 2", which many people have been expecting to be much better than the original game "Halo", is a bit of a disappointment, and many of the problems seem to stem from a rush job. Therefore, everybody who finds Halo 2 disappointing has signed this petition to have the you the publisher, Microsoft, give the developer of the game, Bungie, as much time as they need to fully complete the next game in the series, Halo 3, which at this time has not been confirmed that it will be made yet, but is very likely that it will, so the game will have the best quality.
