I am not a racist or do I have any sort of prejudicde. However, it seems that there are hate crime laws protecting everyone. My argument against this is threefold-A)Is a black person any more human than a white one and thus entitled to more legal protection? No, B) This gives the government one last chance to set up a societal racial class system (in league with Affirmitave Action). C) Even the term "hate-crime" is ludicrious! I am not going to shoot someone because I like them. Thank you for signing this.

Personally, I've nothing against anyone, but I know if I'm to hurt someone, it's not going to be cause I like them. Get rid of redundancy, and repeal hate crimes.
