Thanks for joining everyone, Please check out the pics of this neighbour, he thinks it's all a big joke, when my dogs escape, police and shelter show up, his dogs escape come here and antagonize my dogs and he stands there laughing... when charlie escapes i panic, and run out after her, then call the whole block to make sure she didn't bother anyone... i take it serious... he would rather endanger sarah's baby and laugh about it then take responsibility and get a fence
