Dear Prime Minister Harper;
Too many of our children are slipping through the cracks. Too many of them are being abused, tortured, neglected. Too many of them have already died due to this torture, abuse, and neglect. We, as a free country, need to toughen up our laws. We need longer jail sentences, more social workers to help with the work cases, a sexual offender website here in Canada with registering being obligated. We need to listen when someone reports abuse. We need to verify these allegations of abuse without contacting the parents first. We need to be able to get into a person's home that is suspected of abusing a child even if they refuse. Please Mr. Harper, we need to help these little children. If we don't, then who will?

Can't believe this man is appealing the decision...I hope they don't listen and keep him in jail, if not forever at least what his original sentence is
