Sign our petition and help us free our three brothers
On Monday November 29, 2004, at 10pm, the security agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran violently entered our house in the city of Bookan and while assaulting and harassing members of our family, forcibly and without any warrants, arrested and took away three brothers of ours by the names of: Yasin, Mohsen and Ezaddin Hoseini. Since then there has been no news of their whereabouts and well-being. In response to repeated enquires by our family the authorities have, on every occasion, resorted to misinformation and lies.
We still do not know where they are being held and who or which agency is holding them. Knowing the Islamic Republic and the manner of our brothers arrest and the salience surrounding their whereabouts and condition we fear the worst.
Since Monday December 13, members of our family have started a daily sit-in, from 9 to 11am, in front of the local governors office in Bookan, demanding their immediate release.
We call on every concerned individual and organisation to protest against this blatant kidnapping and by signing this letter support our demand for the release of our three brothers.
