Helping accident victims.

Dear friends, everyday in India Thousands of on road accident victims die just because of ignorance of onlookers. People have become so ignorant that they don't even bothor to take a look at the victim. I never took this issue seriously until I felt misreable about it when my loved one had to face this. My husband met with an accident , he was drowned in blood , his leg seemed to be ripped apart he couldn't move , he begged for help but no one came forward to help him. Cars zoomed past but none took the pain to take him to hospital instead they told him to call his family for help. How ignorant is this. What has made people so heartless. 

This kind of behaviour could only be changed if such ignorance is penalised. The Government of India should pass a law that would penalise people who dont help accident victims and leave them there to die.
