HOMEOWNER REFUND ON OVERPAID INTEREST

I am a homeowner in the United States and feel that my PRIVACY RIGHTS and personal information have been violated and compromised by one or more banks and/or financial institutions in the United States by using my Social Security Number (SSN) to identify me.

I also feel that the three national credit bureaus are not trustworthy with my personal information and credit history, nor have the information security technology systems in place to protect this information. This applies to the Banking CHEXSYSTEMS, INC, as well since they receive my private and confidential personal information as well as Social Security Number (SSN) requests by FAX.

Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA) amendments to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I am entitled to a free copy of my consumer report once every 12-months. To receive it I am not ogligated to expose my Social Security Number (SSN) in any type of private or public document since then it becomes vulnerable to the world.

I have also been paying considerably higher interest rates on my home loans based on these so called incorrect "credit scores" and request the Treasury Department to refund me the amount overpaid.

THEREFORE:

I immediately petition the Treasury Department and the Government of the United States for redress for all civil, criminal and punitive damages caused by the unsecured use my Social Security Number (SSN) as a type of identification system in the United States, on private or public records (deeds, etc.), including that of the President of the United States' SSN on all public records, -which is totally against my fundamental civil right to privacy, and therefore unconstitutional-, and request a refund of all higher interest rate payments made.

FURTHERMORE:

Taking the advice of my/our personal accountant and financial consultant, as well as that of my/our attorney, and having read the alerts and recommendations posted on the credit awareness website hosted and updated by THE BAD CREDIT FIXER. See http://www.thebadcreditfixer.com

I hereby petition the Treasury Department and Government of the United States of America (USA) for redress and request that it immediately pass a Law to erase all my private, personal and confidential information from all public and private so called "credit reporting agencies", and establish and maintain a new secure system of credit history evaluation, not based on any information requiring my Social Security Number (SSN) which is secret, private and confidential.
