Portugal e Brasil são dois países irmãos com uma coisa em comum: o absurdo horário em que as séries são transmitidas na televisão aberta. As melhores séries são transmitidas de madrugada!
Esta petição tem como objectivo reunir o máximo de assinaturas e quando houver mais que suficientes são enviadas para emissoras como TVI e SIC (Portugal) e SBT e a Globo, entre outras.
