Horror Channel RCN

This petitioned is aimed at the RCN cable network in hopes that RCN will recognize our need for The Horror Channel. The Horror Channel is a new network currently trying to get into every one of the genres fans homes. But that can't happen without the help of fans. You MUST sign this petition to show RCN cable that the Horror Channel is very much on demand and unique network that will be welcomed by viewers.
