I support Bin-Cat, and am shocked, appalled *and* dismayed that in this day and age a horrible fat woman who is also old can perpetrate a crime of such unthinkable evil in broad daylight, despite me paying taxes.
I propose a reinstatement of the policy of 'transportation' in cases of this type, or at the very least a like-for-like system of punishment, where Bin-Cat's attacker will be lowered roughly into a wheelie bin for the human-years equivalent of the 15 long, lonely hours which Bin-Cat was forced to spend in that slimy,dark hell.
