If Take-Two Censors Manhunt 2, We Will Not Buy It

Dear Take-Two Interactive,

Opinions are funny things, aren't they? Someone's instant reaction to what you thought all along was acceptable, could deem it wrong, and instantly damage your financial status, and our hopes and anticipation towards a great title. Isnt it just wonderful that some random individual, one who may prefer chocolate over vanilla, can have so much power over what I can, and cannot play? This is America, the free country, where I can go out and say and express myself however I want, and you are holding back your expressions in the interactive form, just because someone told you to.

Nintendo and Sony have a straight mindset of not allowing Adults Only rated titles on their consoles, and if you decide to scrap or strip down Manhunt 2 just because you are being held by the neck, then you are the one to blame, not them. Forget them, and release the full game that you created to the PC, which allows Adults Only ratings. This will show raters and everyone else alike that you will not stand for censorship, and that you will express yourself to the fullest.

I understand from a business standpoint that you will lose many sales because of the Adults Only rating that Manhunt 2 has received. I understand that in order to drive profit, you will need to alter and censor Manhunt 2.

Unfortunately, myself and many others disagree with that possible decision. If you water down this title to a Mature rating, then us, the gamers, will have to make a point by not purchasing the cut version of the game. This petition will help prove our point.

Sure, this letter is also just an opinion, but it is definitely another opinion that you should take into consideration.
