Improvements to Anastacia's Official Fan Club

We, members of the Official Anastacia Fan club, feel that some improvements need to be made in order for us to want to continue being members.
Fan Asylum's motto is as follows:
"Remaining the Best by offering uncompromised services to our customers and clients, always striving to give fans a personal connection to their favourite artist and the artist a personal connection to their fans.
Providing state of the art, creative, innovative and informative fan club materials and services that reflect the personality of the artist and respond to the desires of the fans.
Providing friendly, courteous customer service which consistently exceeds expectations and builds customer loyalty.
Maintaining an atmosphere of respect, trust and appreciation for the company's work force through an environment where employees are free to be themselves and express their individuality, creativity and opinions.
Operating an organised and efficient company in which all employees play an integral role and benefit from its success."
It is obvious to us Anastacia Fan club members that this is not the case.
It is extremely important to us to state that our unhappiness with Fan Asylum's services in no way has anything to do with Anastacia and we do not want this to reflect upon her.
We are all dedicated and loving fans of our wonderful "Sprock Chick" and we appreciate everything she does to keep in contact with us.
However from the company who is representing her fan club, we feel that we, their customers, receive very little in return.
The website is rarely updated with important Anastacia related news. We rarely receive replies when needing assistance from the "Customer Service" department, and every time we renew our membership we seem to get the exact same poster as we originally received upon our initial membership and that's about it.
We are not asking for very much, just a few changes in order to make our Anastacia Fan Club experience more enjoyable and rewarding.
All in favour of this petition to bring about some well needed changes, please sign your name and lets make Anastacia's Official Fan club a Sprockin, Freaky place to be!!!
