Intellectual Property Rights for Anachronox

We are petitioning the company Eidos Interactive to give the Intellectual Property Rights for the game Anachronox to Tom Hall. Eidos has no plans to ever use the franchise again and has abandoned the game. We as the fan community of this product would like the aforementioned Tom Hall to be able to develop further products in the franchise, this includes but is not limited to Anachronox 2 as well as possible further sequels and expansion packs. We feel that Mr. Hall, who worked on the original Anachronox, is the most qualified person to work on further projects in this franchise and we feel that his personal involvement would be best for the sake of the title.
