international force to protect palestenian civilians

we pray to the united nations, security councel, us government, all security council members, all human rights activests, and all peace loving people to work on forming an international protection force to protect the civilian people of palestine from the aggression of the Israelie army. This force is to form red lines between the palestinian territories of Gaza and west bank, and the Israelie army residing otherwise. This is the minimal pretection to human rights in palestine which is being violated thousands of times a day by the military aggression of the Israelie army on civilians, children, hospitals, and the weak palestinian police forces. This force is not intended to interfere in any internal affairs of any of the parties in that area since they going to reside on the borders officially recognized by the united nations 5 years ago according to the afreement between the PLO and Isreal.
