Interstate 81 Expansion and Traffic Restrictions

We, the undersigned petition the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to expand Pennsylvania interstate 81 to three lanes northbound and three lanes southbound from the Maryland-Pennsylvania state line to the Capital Beltway, exit 59 restricting trucks and busses to the right two lanes to relieve burgeoning traffic and reduce automobile accidents.
