Investigate & Impeach the U.S. Supreme Court!
The Supreme Court has no business or constitutional right to intrude on state sovereignty issues and other local decisions regarding abortion, prayer in schools, special rights for homosexuals or any other perceived special interest group, voting districts or university admission standards and requirements regarding racial or gender preferences or exclusions concerning all male institutions like Virginia Military Institute or the Citadel in South Carolina or all women educational institutions.
We the undersigned call on Congress to launch an investigation into the unconstitutional activities and decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court and that they consider impeachment hearings and proceedings against individual justices who are advancing the current unconstitutional, liberal, and socialist agenda. In addition, we call on our state politicians and the legislature of each state to defend our individual, constitutional and state sovereignty rights by exploring the time-honored defense against tyranny of the State Right of Nullification against these immoral and illegal Supreme Court rulings today and in the past.
The Supreme Court was established by Americas Founding Fathers to defend the Constitution, individual and states rights. This once respected institution has been transformed like many other original checks and balances on the growth of an all-powerful federal government into now one of the greatest threats to individual lives, Christian morality and the liberty and sovereignty of the states and individual citizens.
It is time to clean up and clean out the U.S. Supreme Court. Let us start today with this petition.
