Ireland calls for Cardinal Brady to step down and accept blame

The time has come for Ireland to move forward and to really learn from what has happened in our, at times horrific past. Cardinal Brady has been part of that horrific past. Action and inaction is still coming to light from a very dark time for Ireland. This can not and will not be allowed to continue. By Cardinal Brady being in one of the highest religious postions in the land, Ireland can not move forward. We can not heal the wounds that were opened. His continued defense of himself is cowardly and disgraceful. Ireland calls on Cardinal Brady to step down from his position. And this petition shows the voices of outrage and anger. Ireland is our country, the citizens. We want to make sure that our country is no longer blighted by lies and abuse. We call on you Cardinal Brady to step down so Ireland can move forward. We also call on Cardinal Brady to accept his role in the fact that socieites most vulnerable were abused and this abuse was allowed to continue by your actions and inaction. This is our country and no more shall we be dictated to on moral standards by people who continue to break societies fundamental code, 'Do no harm'
