Jak and Daxter movie

Since Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy made debut in America in 2001, many teenagers and adults around the US of A have become addicted to the amazing graphics and solid story lines of the Jak and Daxter series. Most people that do not know about the game, usually are not interested because the first game was too "childish".
But the truth of the matter is the games are not childish at all. But many fans that call themselves "Jakfanatics" have been trying to shed light on the amazing series and get more people interested in them. It has come to my recent knowledge as a fan of the games as well that Naughty Dog could be developing a new game called "The Lost Frontier", as Sony has registered the name as a trademark.
Though this is what I do, since it seems to me that many fans are losing interest in the series. I think it would be wise if the company went a step farther and made a Computer Graphic movie of the amazing duo and their allies. I have tried many times to show them this but due to my age and where I am, it is impossible to make them listen to me.
I think this would be a good time for Jak fans to come together and make a shout out to Sony. If they are willing to make an "Indiana Jones" style game, how come we shouldn't ask them to try and make a GC style movie of the characters we love and adore? Yes I'm talking about Jak and his orange ball of fluff that wears blue jeans.
I highly doubt it would be hard for them to say no to this because of something else. With all the money Jak and Daxter have brought in , I think they should give this idea a chance.
