1. Space: Maneuverability is always paramount in any fight. Without sufficient space to move around, the fights are severely one sided to creatures that make use of pure strength (**** YOU BEETLES!)
2 Natural Habitat: The arena needs to be designed in such a way as to at least moderately resemble the insect habitat. I'm talking about giving them camouflage in the form of plants and shrubs. We know the Praying Mantis would have easily killed the cricket if it had the element of surprise. And yes, surprise is everything- ask anyone who's been one shotted by a subtlety rogue
3. Patience on the part of the makers: I don't appreciate the idea of forcing them to fight each other. It should be more natural. I would suggest putting them all in a larger diorama and simply 'waiting' for them to find each other and fight. It takes a lot of time, but its worth it. You can probably edit the videos later.
4. Battle Royale: 2 insects to a fight seems very limited. A Battle Royale with maybe 4-5 insects would be interesting as it captures the essence of the insect world more closely.
With the above points in mind, I petition for rematches of preferably all the rounds (At least the praying mantis ones) and I'm sure I'm not alone here
