15-year old Catherine Elizabeth Fowler lost her life in an automobile accident on August 7, 2010 when a 22-year old driver, who was speeding, struck her vehicle on her driver's side. This driver previously had five speeding tickets within one year. We are seeking justice for Catherine as the only legal options for punishment for Catherine's death are another speeding ticket or reckless homicide for the other driver.
