We the undersigned protest against the Congress Party of India's decision to give tickets to Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler to run from Delhi for India's parliamentary elections. Both Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler were involved in the anti-Sikh carnage that took place in Northern India following the assasination of the former prime minister, Indira Gandhi. We the undersigned request that the U.N. investigate the anti-Sikh violence that took place in Northern India from October 31st to November 3rd, and bring to light the role played by both Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler.
