Freedom Skatepark has been closed now through some of the best weather we have had this fall, PERFECT SKATEBOARDING WEATHER!! Please sign this petition to urge the Medford Recreation Dept. to reopen the skatepark so that the kids of Medford and neighboring communities have a safe place to skate rather than skating on the streets and in parking lots. We have suggestions as to how bikers and skateboarders can both use the park at different times or days and how we can work together; just ask us...

It is not fair the way we treat kds who like to skateboard. Skateboarding s a very creative and athletic sport. The park should be reopened and properly managed by Medford. What do I pay taxes for?

it was all so much better before cliff and ohio and them left and there was noone running the park...why dont we start that again like we have said since they left!

Freedom needs to be open because its a skateboarding only skatepark. The bikers did this because we don't let them skate the park because thats why the park is so messed up.

My grandson would like to be able to use the skatepark that we as taxpayers paid for. This is the sport he loves, why did they lock the gate? There are kids waiting to get in it is not fair to them. Injuries will occur in any sport, we should not stop the
