Keep these dangerous dogs off our street

A 14 year old girl and 2 teenage boys were visiously attacked by two dogs. Both the girls arms were ripped open and a biten on the back of her leg. These dogs are now being returned back to their owner, After a court ruling. Us, the public, do not feel safe knowing that these dogs are being return back to society and the local area causing further emotional and mental trauma to their victim. .To be allowed to walk past children and adults and the threat they will attack again, next time killing a child.
The law clearly states - Any dog is dangerously out of control if:
• it injures a person, or
• it behaves in a way that makes
a person worried that it might injure them.
A fine and compensation isnt enough, this child is sacrred for life. Both her arms. The owner should be banned from having dogs and the animals either destroyed or given to people who know the breed and can look after and train them properly. A muzzle just isnt good enough.
We want these dogs off the street or rehomed and trained properly.
